• ' Impulse ' technology with magnetic cooling head : delivers consistent , high - quality seals . Heat is
applied via a Teflon - coated wire for a set time , and the gas - sprung magnetic head releases the bag once
cooled .
• Adjustable heat sealing and cooling times : tailor settings to material type . Suitable for :
- PE ( Polyethylene ) : 250 micron ( 500 µ m total )
- PP ( Polypropylene ) : 200 micron ( 400 µ m total )
- PVC : 100 micron ( 200 µ m total )
- Laminates / foil : 150 micron ( 300 µ m total )
Recommended for up to 800 seals per 8 hr shift ( material - dependent ) .
• Durable construction : 1 piece aluminium body ensures strength . Features include a safe trim cutter ,
tensioned elementwire for consistent 5 mm seals , and an electromagnetic switch for reliability .
• Available in 3 sealing widths : 420 , 620 and 820 mm . Integral film cutter and wire tensioning
ensure optimal sealing results .

• Work table and bag support : the bag support is adjustable
for different bag lengths and holds the product whilst bags
are sealed . Spare parts , element wires andTeflon strips are

tubing to be easily and smoothly dispensed while the foot
pedal facilitates hands free sealing increasing productivity
