Service availability
Our catalogue and website are only intended for use by people resident in
the United Kingdom . We do not accept orders from outside of the United
Kingdom .
Prices
All prices are valid until 28 / 02 / 2027 and are quoted in pounds sterling ,
exclusive of VAT . Where prices may differ between this printed
catalogue and our website www . rajapack . co . uk , please defer to the
prices stated on the website as these reflect the latest pricing .
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of special market
conditions ( for instance due to a change in VAT ) .
Payment Terms
You can choose to pay by account , credit or debit card or by cheque . All
we ask is that new customers and accounts that have not purchased for 18
months pay for their first order in advance . You will then be set - up with an
account ( subject to status ) that allows you the freedom to place future orders
with 30 days credit ( We do request that all orders under £100 are payable on
receipt of invoice ) . Orders must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice
date , unless otherwise agreed in writing . Technical manuals and instruction
books remain the property of RAJAPACK until the invoice has been paid .
Payment Terms for custom made products
For all custom made products ; goods made to order ; goods specifically
sourced for you and are not available for general sale in our catalogue or
website we require full , non - refundable , payment at the time the order is
placed . For all custom made products the order is confirmed and cannot be
cancelled or returned after the specification document or artwork proof has
been approved by the Buyer .
Order confirmation policy
RAJAPACK provide a telephone confirmation service for e - mail , fax and
orders received through the post , if requested . We will endeavour to call
customers back but reserve the right to decide if we can make these call
based on business volumes
Free gifts
Before requesting any free gift offered as part of a RAJAPACK promotion
the person placing the order should check with their employer that they are
allowed to accept a Free Gift from a promotion and review their company s
policy on such promotional items
Any business wishing to expressly forbid the acceptance of gifts can on
written request be added to our opt out list to prevent the dispatch of
promotional items to their employees
Delivery
UK mainland by 6pm the next working day unless otherwise stated at time
of order Orders placed Monday to Thursday we aim to deliver the next
working day Orders received on Friday we aim to deliver the following
Monday . Where Bank Holidays fall on a Friday and / or Monday we aim to
deliver your order on the next working day . Orders received after 4pm will
be processed and dispatched the next working day , for delivery the day after .
A small number of products take longer to deliver and these are highlighted
throughout the catalogue .
A handling charge of £9 . 49 ( ex VAT ) will be added to orders less than £200
( ex VAT ) ; Orders over £200 ( ex VAT ) are delivered free . New customer
orders will receive free standard delivery on the first order when £125 ( ex
VAT ) is spent in one transaction .
Delivery charges for specified time and Saturday deliveries are available on
request .
If your Postcode begins with AB31 - 38 , AB41 - 56 , FK19 - 21 , HS1 - 9 , IV1 - 63
,
KA27 - 28 , KW15 - 17 , PA20 - 80 , PH9 - 50 , ZE1 - 3 , GY , JE , IM , PO30 - 41 ,
TR21 - 25 , BT and for the Republic of Ireland , please allow 3 - 5 days for
delivery .
Delivery charges will be quoted on the following Postcodes irrespective of
the value of the order : HS1 - 9 , IV41 - 49 , IV51 , IV55 - 56 , KA27 - 28 , KW1 - 17 ,
PA20 , PA41 , PA60 - 88 , PH42 - 44 , ZE1 - 3 , GY , JE , IM , TR21 - 25 , BT and for the
Republic of Ireland . Some products are delivered to customers directly from
the manufacturer some of whom are unable to deliver outside of the UK
mainland . Customers will be advised at the time of order if this is the case .
Deliveries are made using a national carrier service . Goods are delivered to
the front door of ground floor locations only . The delivery person / driver may
at his / her discretion , assist with delivering the goods to a location within the
premises nominated by the customer , at the customer ’ s own risk .
RAJAPACK cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss due to late
delivery .
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes .
Product warranties
Product warranties do not include consumable parts or where products
have been damaged through misuse . A credit or repair for returned
products will only be issued after inspection and confirmation that the fault
is covered by the manufacturer warranty .
Please call us on 0800 630 03 52 and we will issue a returns number for
collecting the item . Standard carriage rates will be charged on returned
products that do not fall within the warranty cover .
Returns
If you are unhappy with a stocked item you have ordered you may return it
for a full refund , credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase . To do this ,
contact our Customer Services Team on 0800 630 03 52 to obtain a Returns
Authorisation number and then return the product to us in an unspoilt
condition and with its despatch note .
When we receive the returned goods and have determined they are
suitable for re - sale , we will credit , exchange or refund you for the value of
the goods . If you should receive damaged or defective products please sign
for the products as damaged on the proof of delivery note at the time of
delivery . Please call us on 0800 630 03 52 and we will arrange for collection
and credit , exchange or refund the product at no cost to you .
Any custom made , made to order or non - stocked product cannot be
returned once your order has been confirmed . Non - stocked products
include products with a delivery time of longer than next day delivery .
